The final piece for my senior thesis project at Hamilton College. As a comedian and movie star, Amy Schumer has discussed her sexuality and romantic relationships openly and honestly. I wanted to portray her as a modern day Venus, and used Botticelli’s The Birth of Venus as my reference.
